Baked a ridiculous amount of vegan crescent rolls! (well not entirely vegan, I forgot about that and brushed the tops with butter. Oops!) Then I went into the room and found a batch more sitting on the table! LOL. I guess soup is on for the next few days!

Stir-fry and Sweet ‘n’ Sour- vegan/vegetarian style
Spent the morning making some vegetarian Japchae (korean food). Slithery gangmyeon glass noodles stir-fried with vegetables, tofu and shittake mushroom in sesame oil and soya sauce. It was the perfect dish to clear my veggie-filled fridge! ^_^
